Training Centre Location

Our training facility is located in downtown Toronto, accessible via public transit. The nearest subway station is Union Station, approximately a 10-minute walk.

Limited visitor parking is available in the building. We recommend using public transportation or nearby commercial parking facilities.

Before You Visit

If you plan to visit our training centre in person, we recommend scheduling an appointment in advance by sending an email to our admissions team.

Walk-in inquiries are welcome during office hours, though staff availability may vary.

How do I enroll in a course?

Complete the enrollment form on our homepage with your selected program. Our admissions team will contact you within one business day with next steps and payment information.

Are courses held in-person or online?

Most individual programs are delivered through live virtual sessions with interactive lab components. Corporate training can be arranged for either in-person or virtual delivery based on organizational preferences.

What is your refund policy?

Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 14 days before a program start date. Cancellations within 14 days may receive partial credit toward future programs. Please refer to our Terms of Use for complete policy details.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, instalment payment arrangements are available for programs priced above CAD $1,200. Contact our admissions team to discuss available options.
